All payments are securely handled directly by RBI-authorized payment gateways).
• Technical & Usage Metrics: IP address, device specifications, browser type, operating system, and standard website navigation statistics collected automatically to optimize website functionality and security.

Information collected by the Foundation is used exclusively for legitimate operational, social aid, and legal requirements:

• Processing donor contributions and issuing valid, downloadable donation receipts and tax exemption certificates.
• Facilitating financial assistance, medical care, and aid campaigns directly to cancer patients and health programs.
• Communicating vital foundation updates, annual progress reports, transparency metrics, and health awareness campaigns.
• Responding to inquiries, beneficiary help applications, and volunteer requests.
• Fulfilling legal audits, statutory filings, and mandatory regulatory compliance under Indian Trust and Income Tax laws.

Information confidential to the Foundation is disclosed only under strict, legally binding conditions:

• Regulatory & Statutory Authorities: Information including PAN and contribution amounts is shared with the Income Tax Department of India for Section 80G compliance and mandatory Form 10BE generation.
